Yesterday we got to run to Target to grab a few last-minute recipe items and to check out the back-to-school clearance shelves. A trait that thrifty people have is to look for deals after large event-type sales and holidays. You can save big by buying holiday or back-to-school items after the event has past. We went to Target’s back-to-school clearance section and scored big!
It was awesome. Some of the things I got (and all very inexpensive) are: glue sticks, a map of the US, thumb tacks, tape, a lunch box, and these ever-useful Wet Ones Singles – Antibacterial packets that my son is excited about.
Denali, my son, was so good and after a lot of discipline has been behaving much better. So I let him walk around the store with me and help me get the items I wanted. He did so well! He got the items I wanted off of the shelf and put them in the cart for me. He’s so cute and was so fun as a shopping buddy (this is something that a few months ago I’d never dream of saying)! I’m hoping he continues to be good for us.
Anyway, I’m excited we found these Wet Ones Singles – Antibacterial. They are so great for lunch boxes, play dates, meals, etc. so that kids can clean their hands before and after eating. And they work—they remove germs 99.9% effectively!
