My mom has been making this crockpot/slowcooker cream cheese chicken recipe for years. It is so easy to prepare (it only takes 3 minutes of prep) and is super tasty and delicious! Once you try this recipe out, you’ll want to make it again.
- Simply place your frozen chicken on the bottom of the crockpot and pour the other 3 ingredients over it.
- Turn slow cooker on high heat for the first few hours, turn to low heat for the last few hours. Stir every hour or two. Shred chicken with two forks after it is cooked through (about three hours in).
- Cook for 4-5 hours
- Serve over rice or noodles (if desired).
