Greek Yogurt is often my dessert or craving-buster. I LOVE it due to the high protein count, creamy texture, and delicious flavors.

  • 4 Yoplait Caramel Apple
  • ½ bag Caramel bits (or square caramels cut into bit sized pieces)
  • whipped topping (optional)
  1. Open all four containers of Yoplait Greek 100 Caramel Apple. Distribute ⅓ of one container into the three remaining yogurt containers (filling it higher and adding more protein).
  2. Stir each one.
  3. Pour caramel bits on top and cover evenly.
  4. Top with whipped topping & add a caramel bit on top.
  5. Serve cold.
